Hey babies

It me again. This week I wanted to do one of my intimate solo mindful chats so I recorded lying back on the sofa straight into my phone (so Punk). I have been thinking about how you feel kind of physically different in different places and can feel the place itself, so I wang on about that a bit.

At the moment I think we all just need a bit of gentle reminding that we are lucky to be alive and that we should try and find ways to enjoy being here.
