Hey, how can a solo episode be a group hug? Press play and find out as I try and tread the line between giving vague advice without claiming to be an authority on mental health, at the same time as trying to share some empathy that you can smother on yourself, infused with my own reasonably substantial understanding of facing up to some mental health stuff as a result of the crazy-bonkers merry-go-round I myself exist on.

I mean what harm can it do to share eh guys (and girls and everyone else). So go for a wee walk, or have a lil lie down and let's all huddle up and get through the sticky stuff (not jizz) together.
