Jason Hazeley

Welcome to the Stupid Hearts Club! The Club for everyone with a Stupid Heart

-------------------

Yes I am FINALLY (more or less) back in the land of the living. Thank you so much to everyone who has hung around to wait for me to get better. The last few months have been horrendous but it's starting to lighten by the day/

And It is seriously really helpful and cool to have this poddles to turn back on again to get my brain firing again and to have that connection with you all, and of course my guests.

This episode gives you the chance to meet the wonderful Jason Hazelely, brilliant writer and even better pal. We wrote some joke books during lockdown and did a load of sketches on Spitting Image together and are really only just getting going as a writing team after the weirdness of the pando. Here we discuss muchos daft stuff, serious mental health stuff and the dodgy lyrics in early Beatles songs, (Jason is a HUGE Beatlenut - He even has a book laying out the recording equipment for every song like some sort of psycho).

I've stuck a wee strum on the end lest we forget that I like to force my singing on whoever will listen.

It's good to be back (Hey! I don't mean I'm singing a Gary Glitter song, guys! Come back!)

I'm just saying it's literally good to be back, so if any of you wanna be in my gang....

Ah forget this....just enjoy the episode ya BIG LUGS!

About the Podcast

Finding Nico (Formerly Stupid Hearts Club)
His comedy career died, now he needs to find a new life
Nico Tatarowicz was a busy, in-demand TV comedy writer and actor between around 2005 and the bloody pandemic. He loved it. It was sort of who he was. Since then 72% of the freelancers in the telly industry have found themselves seriously struggling for work. Including Nico who is now pluckily trying to find new ways to stay afloat, inspired and frankly alive. Follow his brutally honest accounts of his sometimes bleak, sometimes joyous and often hilarious adventures, usually in Linda the camper van- As he keeps us updated on his mission to find himself and some bloody work once more.
