Ho ho ho, it's time to stare in wide-eyed-awe at anti-festive misery-arse Alistair Griggs and equally sour-faced human energy leach St uncle Nicolas moaning about what a pain in the throat Christmas is for all concerned. Hear us lurch around like the feckless spawn of the dark spirit as we discuss the pointlessness of kind gestures in general including cards, gifts and writing love songs, as Griggs reminds us why I started bullying him for comedic effect- which is that he has a habit of saying unspeakably un-empathetic things with the confidence of a God.

Including Nico who is now pluckily trying to find new ways to stay afloat, inspired and frankly alive. Follow his brutally honest accounts of his sometimes bleak, sometimes joyous and often hilarious adventures, usually in Linda the camper van- As he keeps us updated on his mission to find himself and some bloody work once more.
